The Visit

Visit to the vineyards and ancient olive groves of the estate, with explanations of the vines' anual cycle, the varieties planted, and the vineyard practices required to achieve organic certification. In the cellar we explain the procedures from the reception of grapes through to ageing and bottling, covering the blends made and why, including what each variety brings to the final product. We also explain the different woods used in barrels and what each brings to the wine. Finally we offer a tasting of our wines, including the different states of wine production.
